a) Substack and Newsletters
We may collect your name, email address, country, subscription status, marketing preferences, and engagement data (such as email opens and clicks). This data is used to deliver content and understand engagement. Substack manages its platform data under its own privacy policy.

Users must be aged 16 or over. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from someone under 16 without appropriate consent, it will be deleted.
